The drawer opens just about all the way. It doesn't come out though.

Sorry how blurry this is,
but the four legs of the stand have little pads on them so they don't scratch the floor.

The tissue box has a dotted pattern around the edges. The tissue is cloth. You cannot remove it, it is stuck in the box
The lotion is very realistic. It has a green spout and white bottle. The label is a sticker. The words are side-ways. There is an orange flower/vine pattern on the side.
The words on the bottle say: Moisturizing Lotion

The cup of water is also very realistic.

The lamp is orange and has a flower design all over it. It is plastic. It does light up if you press the button.
Here it is turned on.
The light automatically turns off.
Overall I love this set!!! You could use everything in many different ways
